a deck borne from two decades of tarot fascination and study shown through the lens of the natural, unnatural, and surreal world around us, Portals explores the themes of the tarot using landscapes, disembodied human elements, animals, textures, and shapes, transporting us through universal themes beyond heteronormative relationships and traits, and even earthly confines. each card connects to an instinctual relationship to the world around us and the potential spaces we may inhabit or imagine over the course of our lives, and invites us to tap into our personal narrative through settings, characters, and objects. by engaging our storytelling powers, we designate an agency to identify and celebrate or change the story.
about Winding the Wheel:
clocking in at exactly 300 pages, she is chock full of information about the transits and shifts taking place across 2025. she features, on average, two tarot spreads a week - one that synthesizes the astrological transits and one that channels the energy of each moon phase - as well as spreads to welcome each month, spreads to process and review each month, and spreads to ground the larger outer planetary shifts, of which there are many! there’s a breakdown of the cards of our year, the Hermit and the Moon, which correlate quite nicely with the nodal journey we’ll begin in January, as well as a spread to explore and anchor our experiences with these cards. gain a deeper understanding of how transits relate to one another and track how you move through them. each month offers suggestions for your altar as well as affirmations attuned to the month’s movements. coil-bound with uncoated paper.
